Summer Fruit Salad


 

Serve this light salad for dessert at your next cookout.

 

Serves 2-3

 

1/2 cup Apples, cored and diced

1/2 cup Pears, cored and diced

1/2 cup Bananas, sliced

1/2 cup Red seedless grapes

1/2 cup Strawberries, sliced

1/4 cup Coconut flakes

1/4 cup Lime juice, fresh

 

Toss all ingredients well. Cover and refrigerate for at

least 20 minutes.
