Greek Wrap


 

Serve this dish with a tossed salad to make a delicious

luncheon.

 

Serves 4

 

1 pound Ground beef or lamb

1 small Onion, diced

1/4 cup Beef broth

1 Tablespoon Oregano

1 1/2 teaspoon Garlic, minced

4 large Flour tortillas (or pita wraps)

2 ounces Feta cheese, crumbled

1 large Tomato, diced

1/4 cup Black olives, sliced

 

Brown the meat in a large skillet. Drain off the excess

fat. Add the garlic and onion and cook for five minutes

longer. Add the broth and oregano and reduce slightly.

Place 1/4 of the meat mix in a rectangular shape at the

center of the tortilla. Sprinkle on 1/4 of the feta,

tomato, and olives. Fold in the ends of the tortilla over

the small end of the "rectangle" and roll burrito style.

Serve immediately.
