Dessert Pizza


 

Make this easy dish with your favorite fruit combinations.

Some variations of this dessert are also called galettes or

crostata.

 

Serves 4

 

1 Dough for 12" pizza (bread machine, mix, or refrigerated)

3/4 cup Spreadable fruit (or jam), raspberry

3 Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored, and thinly sliced

4 Tablespoons Sugar

 

Roll out the dough as you would for a traditional pizza.

Fold in the outer crust, about 1/4 inch, to form a raised

rim. Spoon on the spreadable fruit. Toss the apples and

sugar and allow to rest for five minutes. Add in a single

layer to pizza. Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes or until the

crust begins to brown. Serve warm.
