Caesar Chicken Wrap
1 package (10 oz.) cooked chicken strips
1/4 cup garlic-flavored croutons
3 tablespoons fat-free or reduced-fat Caesar dressing
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
2 large romaine-lettuce leaves
1 large tomato, sliced
2 burrito-size flour tortillas, warmed
Packaged cooked chicken strips are a great refrigerator staple to have on hand.
Combine chicken, croutons, dressing, and cheese. Place a lettuce leaf and half the tomato slices on each tortilla. Divide chicken mixture between the tortillas and roll each tightly into a cylinder, tucking sides in as you roll. Cut each tortilla in half and wrap snugly in plastic or foil.

It's important to heat tortillas before rolling to prevent tearing. Warming releases the oil in tortillas, making them pliable. Place in the microwave 10 to 20 seconds, or wrap in foil and pop in a 300 F oven for 10 minutes.
