Bran Muffins

 

 

INGREDIENTS:

   

1 1/2 tsp. Wheat Gluten

1 tsp. Orange juice

1 c White flour

2 c Bran

1/4 c Cornmeal

1 tsp. Salt

1 1/4 c Skim milk

1/2 c Molasses

1 tsp. Baking soda, dissolved in water

1 c Raisins (optional)+ Craisins

1 Egg

2 tsp. Orange Peel

1 tsp. Cinnamon  

 

 

PREPARATION:

 

Mix all ingredients together and pour into a muffin tin, using either nonstick pan or paper liners   Bake 325F for 27 min.  

 

Yield: 12 servings
