BBQ Roast Beef Wrap
1/2 lb deli roast beef, cut into .5" strips
3 tablespoons barbecue sauce
4 slices (4 oz.) Swiss cheese, cut into .25" strips
2 burrito-size flour tortillas
1/2 lb deli coleslaw
1. In small bowl, mix together strips of roast beef and barbecue sauce.
2. Place half the cheese strips on each tortilla, leaving approximately a 1" border. Spoon half the meat mixture down the center of the tortilla. Microwave each tortilla on high 1 minute, or until meat is heated through and cheese is melted.
